Our Name


Copper Branch is a name inspired to reflect our mission and values. Copper reflects our values in quality cooking and energy. Copper is both a metal often used in gourmet cookware as well as being both conductive and beautiful. It perfectly reflects our values in offering quality foods that are prepared naturally and deliciously. Branch manifests the nature, its value to us, and our involvement with it extending from our foods to our responsibility to preserving our environment.

Franchise Conditions


  • One time franchise fee of $30,000
  • Unencumbered cash required of $200,000 – $230,000
  • Projected cost: $525,000 – $600,000
  • Royalty fee: 6% of gross sales
  • National Advertising Fund: 2% of gross sales
  • Local Advertising Fund: 1% of gross sales

  • Locations across North America
  • Trade area minimum population of 75,000
  • Shopping, entertainment or power centres, free-standing buildings, street-front locations
  • Urban, suburban and downtown locations
  • 1500 – 2500 Square feet with patio
  • High visibility with adequate signage
  • New build or retro-fit
